Once we have begun processing your order it cannot be cancelled. In order to promptly deliver our arrangements as fresh as possible, the processing of an order commences almost immediately once you have submitted your order.  However, should you wish to alter your order, please contact us ASAP, if the construction of your order has not commenced we may be able to accommodate your request and we will do our best to meet your needs.

If your flowers wilt within 24 hours and you’ve looked after them according to the care instructions please contact us and we will investigate the situation for you immediately, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via our “contact us” link or at hello@ohsopretty.com.au.
